    • ​After using a range of agencies with little results, Creativa had hired an in-house SEO Specialist for over the last 2 yrs but was still not able to achieve the desired results.
  • Objective #2 – Increase Organic visibility for specific/niche high-intent keywords
    • ​Creativa wanted to attract specific types of B2B leads for which they have proprietary technology and methodologies (eg: Augmented Reality, Interactive Videos, eLearning, Personalised Videos etc)
  • ​Objective #3 – Increase Organic & Total Website Leads
    • ​Ensure marketing efforts are continuing to translate to inbound website leads 
    • ​Increase overall website conversions, with a specific focus on Enquiry Form submissions (established as KPIs for the campaign, along with rankings)

Challenges

  • Website CMS was WordPress but the backend was built using custom HTML templates and as such, making even small changes required developer input.
  • We worked closely with their in-house developer to plan and implement a process that could efficiently facilitate the implementation and planning of all the required changes so that we do not lose momentum.
  • Dozens of pages without proper planning, sitemapping or strategic KW mapping. As such, we inherited a messy sitemap that required a lot of restructuring, redirects, and hence we started from scratch with KW mapping.
  • The result of this is a much cleaner website URL structure that the client can use long-term and accommodates for national SEO expansion as they scale.
